She provides personalised nutrition care across a wide range of areas, including weight management (including GLP-1 medications), diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal conditions, bariatric surgery nutrition, eating disorders, and paediatric nutrition.

Jo-Anne has a particular interest in sustainable weight management and is passionate about helping people develop realistic, long-term habits that support better health. Her approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and tailored to each individual's lifestyle and goals.

Outside of work, Jo-Anne is a proud mum and keen sports enthusiast. She enjoys supporting her two sons in their sporting pursuits, from tennis to golf, and treasures opportunities to travel and watch them compete. When she's not working, you'll often find her enjoying a long walk, a great coffee, or spending time with family and friends.
